These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Requirements Product Requirement Document Builder application at apprequirements.bonnieann.com (the "App"), operated by Deep Soul LLC, doing business as (DBA) bonnieann.com ("us," "we," "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.
What the App Does
The App asks you a series of questions about something you want to build (the "PRQ") and, using an AI model, generates a personalized "Product Requirement Document" (PRD) based on your answers. If you don't yet have a defined target user, the App can also propose target-user directions grounded in your answers.
AI-Generated Content — No Guarantee of Results
The PRD, and any target-user directions, are generated by an artificial intelligence model based solely on the information you provide. They are a starting point for your own planning and development work, not professional business, engineering, legal, or financial advice, and we make no guarantee about their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for your specific situation. We do not promise any particular development outcome, timeline, or result from using the App or acting on its output. You are solely responsible for how you use the PRD.
Accuracy of Your Input
The quality of your PRD depends on the honesty and completeness of your PRQ answers. We are not responsible for output based on incomplete, inaccurate, or intentionally misleading input.
Intellectual Property
The App itself — its design, code, and functionality — is the property of Deep Soul LLC. The PRD generated for you is yours to use for your own project. We may use anonymized, aggregated learnings from App usage (never your specific PRQ answers or identity) to improve the App.
Third-Party AI Processing
The App uses a third-party AI service (via OpenRouter) to generate your PRD and any target-user directions. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes in that third-party service that may affect the App's availability or output.
No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deep Soul LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its output.
Termination
We may suspend or discontinue the App, or your access to it, at any time and without notice.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
