Privacy Policy

Deep Soul LLC, doing business as (DBA) bonnieann.com ("we," "us," "our") operates the Requirements Product Requirement Document Builder application at apprequirements.bonnieann.com (the "App"). This policy explains what data the App collects, how it's used, and your rights.
What We Collect
- Your responses to the Product Requirements Questionnaire (PRQ) — the project information you enter to generate your PRD.
- Your target user, if you already have one, or the answers used to propose target-user directions if you don't.
- Your email address, which is required before you can view your completed PRD (or, if you don't yet have a target user, before we can save your progress and follow up).
- If you opt in, your consent to receive follow-up emails from us about Requirements and related offers.
We do not require you to create an account, and the App does not use tracking cookies beyond what's needed for basic functionality and Google Analytics 4, which we use to understand how the App is used in aggregate.
How We Use It
- To generate your personalized PRD using an AI model.
- To propose target-user directions when you don't yet have one defined.
- To send you your completed PRD and, if you've opted in, related follow-up communications.
- To improve the App and the quality of what it produces.
Who We Share It With
A few categories of service providers process your data on our behalf, strictly to deliver the App's function:
- AI processing. Your PRQ answers and target user are sent to OpenRouter, which routes the request to a third-party AI model (currently DeepSeek), solely to generate your PRD or propose target-user directions. This content is not used by us to train any model, and we do not control OpenRouter's or the model provider's own data-retention practices — see their respective privacy policies for details.
- CRM storage. Your email, target user, and generated PRD are stored in our GoHighLevel CRM so we can deliver your results and, if you've consented, follow up with relevant offers.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage of the App.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share your PRQ answers, target user, or PRD with any other third party, advertiser, or affiliate.
Your Choices
- The follow-up email consent checkbox is optional and separate from the email required to use the App. You can unsubscribe from any follow-up email at any time via the link in that email.
- To request a copy of the data we hold about you, or to have it deleted, contact us at bonnie@bonnieann.com.
Data Retention
We retain your PRQ answers, target user, and generated PRD for as long as necessary to provide the App's function and, where you've consented, to follow up — or until you request deletion.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
International Users
The App is operated from the United States, and any data you submit is processed and stored in the United States.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the App changes. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
